About Us
We are lucky to be realizing our dream of both living in the township of Milawa and operating both a comfortable Bed and Breakfast and the Milawa General Store in the MIlawa Gourmat Region of North Eastern Victoria. Our family has its origins in this wonderful part of the world, and , although living most of our lives in Melbourne or abroad, its a joy to be able to 'come back home' and share our hospitality and local knowledge of the area with our guests.
About our Bed and Breakfast
Our accommodation unit is completely independent of the main house. We are ECO-FRIENDLY with 98% of our electricity and water supplied and generated on-site thanks to Country Solar Victoria..We feel that we have a great location, midway between Milawa Cheese Company and Brown Brothers Winery close to the center of the township- easy walking distance to the very heart of the Milawa Gourmet Region and, for cycling enthusiasts, in close proximity to the Murray to Mountains Rail trail.
Part of the family
While you're staying with us, we would like to feel that you are part of the family, so although we provide you with independent accommodation, we are only a phone call away if you need anything. We have plenty of off street parking available.
Please note that there is NO SMOKING anywhere inside buildings or anywhere else on our property- we pride ourselves on our clean country air and need to be aware we do live in an area where grass fires or bush fires will start easily. Multiple smoke detectors/alarms are installed in all buildings.

Our Accommodation & Breakfast
We can offer you a comfortable queen size bed, good for 1 or 2 people, separate bathroom,toilet and small kitchenette, equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee maker,bar fridge and microwave. We supply all linen, towels soap,shampoo and body lotion as well as a selection of tea,coffee and sweeteners.We supply a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.Our accommodation unit is fitted with split system air conditioning, wall mounted LED screen TV and USB charging points to recharge your mobile devices. COVID-19 SAFETY
Your accomodation will be deep cleaned before and after your stay. Rubbish ,soiled towels and cutlerry, as well as a list of consumables to be replenished are to be left in the baskets outside the unit for change over between 10AM - 12 NOON each day. We will NOT be entering your accomodation during your stay.

Cost per night which includes exclusive and private accommodation for 2 persons and self served continental breakfast .
Monday -Thursday (except festivals,peak periods /Victorian public and school holidays ) $160
Weekends (except long weekends/festival weekends,peak periods and Victorian public/school holidays) $200
Long weekends/ festivals,peak periods and Victorian public holidays $180- $200 require a minimum 2 consecutive nights booking. A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF LOCAL WINE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL RETURN GUESTS AND THOSE THAT BOOK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE!
Storage for BicyclesIf you're peddling through on two wheels, We are always happy to store your bicycles, under cover in front of yor accomodation unit.

BOOKING POLICIES:- Bookings will be only be confirmed once payment in full has been received. Bookings will be confirmed onlinel CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:- We have a cancellation policy of a MINIMUM of 7 days before the commencement of a confirmed booking. There will be no refund of any booking fees for no-shows or for cancellations received less than 7 days before the commencement of a confirmed booking. We are not able to accept cash , cheques or EFTPOS on site.
